Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

• Singapore Shipping: 2–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to follow your shipment’s progress.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ENVISION Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

ENVISION Clothing will not be responsible for parcels shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ENVISION Clothing is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

ENVISION Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been confirmed, packed, or handed over to the shipping courier, cancellations, modifications, or address changes may no longer be possible.

• Order number
• Full name
• Cancellation request details

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
